Connecting the water to your new home

How does it work?

Firstly we check when you need your water connected. Then we check who the relevant retailer is in your new area - and make sure that we have all of the necessary information to facilitate the connection. We then send this off to the water retailer.

Your local water provider will then arrange for your water meter to be read and billing account details to be changed over. Your water will already be connected so you don’t have to worry about there being no water when you move in.
